REȺEL LEADERSHIP™

REȺEL LEADERSHIP™

Exploring Applied Behavior and Leadership through Films

REFLECTIVE | EXPERIENTIAL | ENGAGED | LEARNING

Concept by Dr Mukta Kamplikar

REAEL Leadership leverages the power of storytelling to provide a unique and effective learning experience . Leading here is not about a hierarchical position it is an attempt to explore and impact applied behavior for participants. By understanding leadership through the lens of cinema, participants gain valuable insights, develop thinking and feeling , expand in critical dimensions of personal leadership and are inspired to become better in their own areas of operation . This innovative pedagogy not only enhances engagement but bridges the gap between the world of art, science and management . It adds comprehensiveness to learning by getting important elements of the right and the left brain together. Since the course focuses on both cognitive- emotive and applied aspects of leadership, we believe this might be a wholesome and an incrementally innovative way of learning for the recipients.
